Can I drive my vehicle away the same day?
Yes. Over 70% of our customers choose to drive their new car away the same day. If you wish to take advantage of this service, please bring the following with you when you visit:
Driving Licence (holders of photo ID licence must bring counterpart)
Utility bill (preferably home phone bill showing current address and dated within the last 3 months)
Proof of signature (Passport, Credit/Switch card etc)
Last two wage slips
Your part ex documents (if applicable) YOU MUST BRING YOUR LOG BOOK V5 IF YOU WISH TO PART EXCHANGE

How can I pay for my car?
By which ever method suits you best. Use cash, credit card or save your cash and take advantage of one of our finance options.
Do I need a deposit?
No, you don’t require a deposit. What’s more, if you have a car to part exchange, we will take it as deposit, regardless of age or condition, with or without an MOT.
I have some outstanding finance on my current vehicle. Can I still buy another car?
Yes, don’t worry. At Carcraft our highly trained staff will handle all that for you. You can settle any outstanding finance (even if you owe more than your car’s value), often reducing your payments and upgrading your car with no cash needed.
Can I have some cashback on my car?
A new car does not mean that you have to sacrifice any other of life's luxuries; at Carcraft you can have both. Many of our customers choose to take cashback as part of their new deal as a way of paying for Christmas or a holiday etc. Just ask one of our customer advisors for details.

CARCRAFT was established in 1951 and is the country’s leading independent group of used car hypermarkets. We currently operate from 11 Carcraft sites: Rochdale (Head Office), Newport in South Wales, Sheffield, Merseyside, West Midlands, Leeds, Birtley in the North East, Edinburgh and three sites in the M25 region at Chertsey, Lakeside and Enfield.
Each site comprises an average 12 acre complex with hundreds of cars displayed, many indoors in the heated showrooms.
All Carcraft sites have excellent facilities to ensure visitors can browse at their leisure, in comfort.
Originally founded by Frank McKee, Carcraft remains under the ownership of the same family, who are actively involved in the running of the business. This, coupled with an established senior management team, many of whom have over 15 years in the business, distinguishes CARCRAFT from all other used car operators and supermarkets.
